Privacy statement

1. Who we are

ASPAVA 06, Broersveld 113B, 3111 LE Schiedam, is responsible for processing your data as described in this statement. You can reach us on 06 43 65 37 65 (phone and WhatsApp).

2. What data and why

• Ordering via WhatsApp or phone: we receive what you send or tell us, such as your name, phone number, order, notes and preferred pickup time. We only use this to confirm and prepare your order (performance of the contract).
• Basket on this website: your basket, name, notes and preferred pickup time are stored only in your own browser (localStorage). After 24 hours the website no longer uses them, and they are deleted the next time you open the website. This data is not sent to our server; the text only goes to WhatsApp when you press the WhatsApp button yourself.
• Visitor statistics: we use Vercel Web Analytics to count anonymously how many people visit the website and which pages they view (legitimate interest: improving the website). It works without cookies; you are not recognised as a person and your IP address is not linked to the data.
• We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, or social media pixels.

3. Other parties

• Online ordering: if you order via our online order site (aspava06schiedam.nl), that platform (Thuisbezorgd) processes your name, address, order and payment. Thuisbezorgd's privacy policy applies.
• WhatsApp (Meta): if you order via WhatsApp, the message is handled by WhatsApp. WhatsApp's privacy policy applies.
• Google Maps: the map on this website only loads after you click it. Google then receives data such as your IP address and may set cookies. Google's privacy policy applies.
• Hosting: this website runs on Vercel. To deliver and secure the website, Vercel processes technical data such as your IP address in server logs.
• These parties may also process data outside the European Economic Area; they use the legal safeguards described in their own privacy policies.
• We do not sell your data or share it for marketing.

4. Retention

We keep order messages no longer than needed to handle your order, unless a legal retention obligation applies. The basket in your browser is no longer used after 24 hours and is deleted the next time you open the website; you can also empty it yourself.

5. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct and delete your data, to restrict its processing and to data portability, and you can object. Contact us on 06 43 65 37 65. You can also file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
